Uniform Bank

Uniform Bank

We now have a managed uniform bank. With your beaver, cub, scout or explorer ever growing it’s difficult to keep up with changing sizes of uniform, actually it’s the same for leaders too! One of our Scout parents Byrney King has put together and is managing the uniform bank which will include uniform and various other scouting/camping equipment.

The list of what is currently available can be found by clicking this link, while we will keep it up to date, please note that sometimes life gets in the way and items on the list may have gone or indeed new items may have been added.

We ask for a voluntary donation to 1st Bramhall, donations such as these helps fund activities, camps and equipment for our young people.

Buying uniforms for growing children can be an expensive business, while saving money using our uniform bank you are also helping to save the planet by taking part in this uniform recycling initiative.

Should you see anything that you could use, contact Byrney, contact details on the PDF.

The other side of the uniform bank, has your beaver scout moved on and is now our GSL, can we have their old beaver uniform (or any section) to recycle for someone else, again email Byrney or pass on to a leader.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
